At MBJ Luxe Club, we take shipping and delivery seriously to ensure your order arrives securely and on time.

 

1. PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • All 18kt gold jewelry orders are shipped with signature confirmation required. This means someone must be present at the address to sign for the package.

  • Shipping is available within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.

3. DELIVERY TIME

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days

    Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location or carrier delays.

4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier and signed for, MBJ Luxe Club is no longer responsible for the package. Please ensure someone is available at the address to receive and sign for the order.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your order shows as delivered with a valid signature, MBJ Luxe Club is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier to open a claim. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.

  • Envíos disponibles dentro de Estados Unidos. Para envíos internacionales, contáctanos antes de realizar tu pedido.

3. TIEMPO DE ENTREGA

  • Envío estándar: 3–7 días hábiles

  • Envío exprés: 1–3 días hábiles

    Nota: Los tiempos de entrega son aproximados y pueden variar por ubicación o retrasos del transportista.

4. CONFIRMACIÓN DE ENTREGA

Una vez que el transportista marque el pedido como “entregado” y exista una firma válida, MBJ Luxe Club no se hace responsable por el paquete. Asegúrate de que haya alguien disponible para recibirlo.

5. PAQUETES PERDIDOS O ROBADOS

Si el pedido aparece como entregado con firma válida, MBJ Luxe Club no se hace responsable por pérdidas o robos. Puedes abrir una reclamación con la empresa de transporte. Con gusto te apoyamos con documentación si es necesario.

Returns & Exchanges

📦 REFUND & RETURN POLICY / POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSOS Y DEVOLUCIONES

1. FINAL SALE POLICY

Due to the nature of fine jewelry and hygiene standards, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. EXCHANGES (If Applicable)

Exchanges may be considered within 3 calendar days of delivery and only if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition. To request an exchange, please contact us at:

You must provide order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the product.

Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

3. SIGNATURE DELIVERY

All jewelry orders include signature-required delivery to ensure the item is received by the customer. Once the carrier confirms delivery with a valid signature, MBJ Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

4. CHARGEBACKS

📌 IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback after confirmed delivery (with signature and tracking) will be fully investigated. MBJ Boutique reserves the right to initiate legal action to recover the full amount, including legal fees, and will submit all order data, signature confirmation, and communication records as evidence.

Customers who abuse the chargeback system will be permanently banned from making future purchases on our site.

Debido a la naturaleza de la joyería fina y por razones de higiene, todas las ventas son finales. Una vez que se realiza y confirma un pedido, no se puede cancelar, reembolsar ni devolver, salvo en casos de defecto de fabricación.

2. CAMBIOS (Si Aplica)

Los cambios pueden considerarse dentro de los 3 días calendario posteriores a la entrega y solo si el producto no ha sido usado, está en su empaque original y en perfectas condiciones.

Los gastos de envío para cambios son responsabilidad del cliente, salvo error por parte nuestra.

3. ENVÍO CON FIRMA

Todos los pedidos de joyería se envían con entrega con firma obligatoria para asegurar que el producto sea recibido por el cliente. Una vez que el transportista confirme la entrega con firma válida, MBJ Boutique no se hace responsable por pérdidas o robos.

4. CHARGEBACKS

Cualquier intento de realizar un reclamo bancario fraudulento (chargeback) después de una entrega confirmada (con firma y rastreo) será investigado en su totalidad. MBJ Boutique se reserva el derecho de iniciar acciones legales para recuperar el monto total, incluyendo gastos legales, y presentará como evidencia todos los datos del pedido, confirmación de firma y comunicaciones.

Los clientes que abusen del sistema de chargeback serán vetados permanentemente de futuras compras en nuestro sitio.
